Contract Regions definition

Contract Regions means the distinct geographical areas identified in a competitive solicitation for agency term contractors for the sole purpose of contracting under this Chapter.

Examples of Contract Regions in a sentence

  • If Buyer shall default in the performance of Buyer’s obligations under the Contract, Regions, at its option, may (a) seek specific performance of the Contract and/or the recovery of damages 1/1464095.2 Rev 07/06 incurred by Regions as a result of Buyer’s default or (b) elect to terminate the Contract upon written notice to Buyer and retain ▇▇▇▇▇’s ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ money as liquidated damages.
