  • In the event that Shipper exercises its option to extend the Term of the Agreement in the manner described in Section 9.2 of the Agreement, the Fixed Toll applicable and payable for such extension Term shall be such fixed toll as is established by Carrier at the time of renewal for 5-year contract terms for the same Contract Receipt Point(s) and Contract Delivery Point(s) specified by Shipper in Appendix A.
