CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE definition

CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means the date this Contract was purchased as listed on this Vehicle Service Contract.
CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means the date this Contract was purchased as listed on the REGISTRATION PAGE.
CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means each date during the Note Issuance Period that is designated by the Purchaser to the Seller, upon not less than five Business Days' prior notice to the Seller and the Trustee, and approved by the Seller, on which Contracts are to be purchased by the Purchaser pursuant to this Sale and Servicing Agreement.
