Contract Programme definition

Contract Programme means the programme for performance of the Services as described in the Agreement.
Contract Programme means the programme set out in Schedule 22 (Contract Programme), as amended from time to time in accordance with this Contract;
Contract Programme means the programme for the performance of the Works as included in the Schedules and as amended from time to time in accordance with the Contract.

  • Any change to the Contract Programme shall only be made where expressly permitted in accordance with this Contract (including this Clause 9 (Compliance with the Contract Programme)).

  • The Contractor shall promptly submit to the Authority's Representative a copy of any version of the Contract Programme varied in accordance with this Clause 9 (Compliance with the Contract Programme).

Related to Contract Programme

  • Contract Player means any Player (other than a Player on a Scholarship) who is eligible to play under a written contract of employment with a Club.

  • the Programme means the programme leading to the Degree of Master of Laws – LL.M – in International Maritime Law;

  • Contract Provider means any Person or any employee, agent or subcontractor of such Person who provides professional health care services under or pursuant to any contract with any Consolidated Party.
