Contract Programme definition
Contract Programme means the programme for performance of the Services as described in the Agreement.
Contract Programme means the programme set out in Schedule 22 (Contract Programme), as amended from time to time in accordance with this Contract;
Contract Programme means the programme for the performance of the Works as included in the Schedules and as amended from time to time in accordance with the Contract.
Examples of Contract Programme in a sentence
Any change to the Contract Programme shall only be made where expressly permitted in accordance with this Contract (including this Clause 9 (Compliance with the Contract Programme)).
The Contractor shall promptly submit to the Authority's Representative a copy of any version of the Contract Programme varied in accordance with this Clause 9 (Compliance with the Contract Programme).
The initial Contract Programme is set out at Schedule 22 (Contract Programme).
The Authority will provide a response to the Contractor within twenty (20) Working Days of such notification and both Parties will work together to resolve the issue(s) and to mitigate any adverse impact on the Contract Programme.
