Contract Pricelist shall refer to the Contractor pricelist, which includes an item number, description and NYS Net Contract Price for all Base Items and Core Options offered under the Contract, which has been approved by NYSPro for inclusion in the Contract. The Contract Pricelist may also include a list of Additional Options and Aftermarket Components offered under the Contract. See Appendix C, Number 2, Price Pages: Base Items and Associated Options.

Contract Pricelist shall refer to the Excel document, set forth in Attachment 1 – Pricing which lists, among other things, a description of the Heavy Equipment available for Rental, a Ceiling Price for Daily, Weekly and Monthly Rental Periods, and Delivery Charge(s), for the Heavy Equipment available for Rental.

• If approved, Procurement Services shall notify the Contractor in writing and post the revised Contract Pricelist to the OGS website.

• To that end, OGS shall publically post the Contract Pricelist, including all subsequent changes in the Contract offerings (adds, deletes, price revisions), Contractor contact information, and the Contract terms and conditions, throughout the Contract term.

• Specifications for the Base Item(s) and applicable Optional Equipment awarded, which are supplemental to the minimum specifications set forth in Contract Section III.2 School Bus Requirements , are included in the complete Contract Pricelist posted on the OGS website at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/purchase/spg/awards/4052423000can.HTM.

• The State may permit the Contractor to add School Buses, additional fuel type Base Items, and Optional Equipment to the Contract Pricelist during the life of the Contract.

• All items of standard equipment which are provided by the OEM shall be furnished unless such items are expressly deleted or are specified to be other than standard, either in Appendix C: School Bus Contract Documents, Number 2: Contract Pricelist, or by the Authorized User.

• However Authorized Users, at their sole discretion, may pick up School Bus(es) at the Contractor location and shall be given a Pick Up Allowance equal to or greater than the dollar amount listed on the Contract Pricelist for the applicable Item.

• In order to receive approval for additions and deletions of Product from the Contract Pricelist, the Contractor must submit a completed Contract Modification Form (see Appendix C: School Bus Contract Documents, Number 5: Contract Modification Procedure) and to the Procurement Services Contract administrator.

• Whenever an item is specified either in Appendix C: School Bus Contract Documents, Number 2: Contract Pricelist by trade name of an OEM, the term “compatible equivalent,” if not inserted therewith, shall be implied.
