If NYS Net Prices are based on a GSA Schedule or WSCA Contract, that pricing must be submitted with the Contract Price List modification request.
General Information The Contract Price List may be modified annually, on the anniversary date of individual Contract approval, or at any time at the request of OGS Procurement Services.
All prices as set forth in Attachment 1 - Contract Price List, shall include all customs, duties, and charges for delivery and be net FOB destination for delivery to any location designated by the Authorized User within New York State.
