Related to Contract Plan

  • Contract Player means any Player (other than a Player on a Scholarship) who is eligible to play under a written contract of employment with a Club.

  • Individual contract plan means a subcontracting plan that covers the entire contract period (including option periods), applies to a specific contract, and has goals that are based on the offeror’s planned subcontracting in support of the specific contract, except that indirect costs incurred for common or joint purposes may be allocated on a prorated basis to the contract.

  • Non Contract Player means any Player (other than a Player on a Scholarship) who is eligible to play for a Club but has not entered into a written contract of employment.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Specific contract participation goals means the goals as stipulated in the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2001. In addition to above-mentioned goals, the Regulations [12. (1)] also make provision for organs of State to give particular consideration to procuring locally manufactured products.

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.
