Contract Period Research Program definition

Contract Period Research Program means the collaborative research program conducted by HMRI and OSI during the Contract Period pursuant to this Agreement as described in Section 2.1.3 hereof, with the goals of studying the mechanism of action and conducting other research necessary to profile a Compound, if such is deemed necessary by the parties.
