Contract Organization definition

Contract Organization means a Third Party other than a Pharma, including contract manufacturing organizations, contract research organizations, and contract laboratory organizations, that perform services for consideration for or on behalf of ONCORUS or its Affiliates or Sublicensees for the development, evaluation, and manufacture of the ONCORUS Products only for the use and benefit of ONCORUS or its Affiliates or Sublicensees.

  • In event that it becomes necessary to employ an attorney to collect any sums due under this Contract, Organization agrees to pay all costs of collection including reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18 %) per annum.

  • If any of the conditions of the Contract are violated by Contract Organization, in addition to requiring a refund of the amount giving rise to the violation, Farmers Market Fund will have no further obligation to continue to fund the Contract.

  • Contract Organization should have the correct number of Incentive currency pieces (“Food Bucks”) at the end of the Program season based on reporting provided.

  • This agreement becomes null and void, and funds of the Contract must be returned if the terms and conditions of the Contract are not met by the Contract Organization.

  • FMF will disburse funds to the Contract Organization after FMF receives a counter-signed contract agreement and a Form W-9.

  • Within 10 days of execution of new Subcontract Agreement or Amendment Contracts Unit RBHA Contract Organization Chart Within 30 days of contract award renewal.
