CONTRACT GUARANTEES means guarantees, indemnities, performance bonds and similar undertakings issued or to be issued by the Fronting Bank pursuant to Clause 7 (in each case in such form as may be requested by the Borrower and acceptable to the Fronting Bank), in respect of the obligations of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries, to any third party;
CONTRACT GUARANTEES has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8.
