Contract for Space definition

Contract for Space means the agreement between the Exhibitor/Sponsor and the Organiser which shall come into operation as set out in section 5.
Contract for Space means the binding contract between the Exhibitor and the Company to occupy space at the Event, which shall include the application form and the following terms and conditions;

Examples of Contract for Space in a sentence

  • Save in respect of the Space Charge under clause 4.1, no amendment or variation in the terms of the Contract for Space will be valid unless previously agreed in writing between All Things Media Ltd and the Exhibitor.

  • The Exhibitor shall pay the organiser in accordance with the payment details set out in the Contract for Space.

  • Exhibitor assumes all responsibility for compliance with pertinent ordinances, regulations, and codes of duly authorized local, state, Exhibitor Contract for Space Application federal and international government bodies concerning fire, safety, and health, together with the rules and regulations contained in the Exhibitor Services Manual.

  • Applications for a Stand shall be made on the Contract for Space and should be received by the Organiser at The Game Fair Office by 6th February 2017, any applications received after this date will be subject to an increased administration fee.

  • An invoice will be issued once the Contract for Space has been accepted.

  • However, the Organiser will not be held to these requests and these requests do not form part of the Contract for Space.

Related to Contract for Space

  • Customer’s Premises means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for the provision of the Goods and/or Services (or any of them);

  • Sign area means the total surface area within the outer periphery of the said sign, and in the case of a sign comprised of individual letters or symbols, shall be calculated as the area of a rectangle enclosing the letters or symbols. Frames and structural members not bearing advertising matter shall not be included in computation of surface area.

  • Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).
