Contract Delivery Term definition

Contract Delivery Term. The period of performance under this Agreement. The Contract Delivery Term will commence on the first day of the month after the Bid Facility commences Commercial Operation. [For Bid Facilities in Commercial Operation as of the Award Notification Date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by NYSERDA, the Contract Delivery Term shall commence on the first day of the month after the Effective Date of this Agreement. The Contract Delivery Term shall extend for the term of the Contract Tenor.]
Contract Delivery Term means a period of twenty-five (25) years commencing upon the later of (i) the date NYSERDA first purchases Tier 4 RECs pursuant to the Purchase Agreements and (ii) the Inside Date as defined in Section 2.6.
Contract Delivery Term. A period that shall commence on the first day of the month after achievement of Commercial Operation and ends on the date upon which the Contract Tenor has elapsed.

  • If at any time during the Contract Delivery Term, NYSERDA has knowledge of any event or information that causes any of the representations and warranties in this Article X to be untrue or misleading, NYSERDA shall provide Seller with prompt written notice of the event or information, the representations and warranties affected, and the corrective action NYSERDA shall take.

  • Seller, at no cost to NYSERDA, shall maintain or cause to be maintained, on or before the date upon which construction begins and continuing throughout the duration of the Contract Delivery Term, insurance of the types and in the amounts specified in Section 12.02 (Types of Insurance).

  • Share Delivery Quantity For any Settlement Date, a number of Shares, as calculated by the Calculation Agent, equal to the Net Share Settlement Amount for such Settlement Date divided by the Settlement Price on the Valuation Date for such Settlement Date.   • Firm Order has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e).
