Contract Bonds definition

Contract Bonds is defined in Section 12.02. “Contract Effective Date” is defined in the Preamble.
Contract Bonds means Bonds which are to be acquired by a Trust pursuant to contracts, including (i) Bonds listed in Schedule A to the Trust Agreement and (ii) Bonds which the Depositor has contracted to purchase for the Trust pursuant to Section 3.14 hereof.
Contract Bonds means Bonds which are to be acquired by the Trust pursuant to contracts, including (i) Bonds listed in the Schedule to the Reference Trust Agreement and (ii) Bonds which the Depositor has contracted to purchase for the Trust pursuant to Section 3.14.

All references herein relating to Insurance shall apply exclusively to Insured Corporate Series. (11) "Insurer" shall mean AMBAC Indemnity Corporation and/or Capital Markets Assurance Corporation ("CAPMAC"), their respective successors and assigns, having its principal office in New York, New York, or any other insurer named in the Prospectus for a Trust, which has issued the contract or policy of insurance obtained by the Trust protecting the Trust and the Unitholders thereof against nonpayment when due of the principal of and interest on the Bonds (except for Pre-Insured Bonds or U.S. Treasury Obligations) held by the Trustee as part of the Trust. All references to an Insurer shall apply exclusively to Insured Corporate Series.
