  • For avoidance of doubt, the term Government Contract Bid includes only quotations, offers, bids or proposals that have not expired and for which award has not been made.

  • Seller has not made any disclosure to the Government or other customer or prime contractor or higher-tier subcontractor related to any suspected, alleged or possible violation of a material requirement of a Government Contract, any apparent or alleged material irregularity, misstatement or omission arising under or relating to a Government Contract or Government Contract Bid, or any violation of Law or regulation relating to a Government Contract or Government Contract Bid.

  • The bidder shall submit an original Contract Bid Form for this Project.

  • The Contract Documents consist of this Contract, Bid Documents, Drawings, Specifications, F.D.O.T. Design Standards, F.D.O.T. Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Details, and all Modifications issued subsequent thereto.
