CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT COSTS definition
CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT COSTS means reasonable costs, fees and expenses necessary to secure a counterparty's or any other necessary Person's consent to the assignment of an Assumed Contract or as may be required pursuant to the Approval and Vesting Order, but expressly excluding any Cure Costs;
CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT COSTS means the aggregate, final, negotiated fees required to be paid to the third parties to the Assigned Contracts and the Assigned Third Party Software Licenses in exchange for their consent to the assignment of such Assigned Contracts and the Assigned Third Party Software Licenses to the Purchasers;
