Relationship of Project Approval to Third Party Contract Approval.
With respect to any such New Contract which Buyer has the right to approve, Buyer shall notify the Seller in writing within five (5) business days (“New Contract Approval Period”) after its receipt thereof (and any additional information reasonably requested by Buyer from Seller relating to any of the New Contracts) of either its approval or disapproval thereof.
In the event Buyer notifies Seller in writing within the New Contract Approval Period that Buyer does not approve any such New Contract, then Seller shall not enter into such New Contract.
