After the initial period of Continuous Recruitment, there may be subsequent Periodic Recruitments as OGS deems necessary during the remainder of the Contract Term.
For Contracts that are awarded under Continuous Recruitment, the Contract Term will commence upon execution of the Contract by OGS as evidenced by the date accompanying the OGS signature line.
