Continuous Internal Assessment definition

Continuous Internal Assessment means the assessment based on continuous internal assessment (CIA) tests and assignments given to the students during an academic period.

Related to Continuous Internal Assessment

  • Internal appeal means an internal appeal to the relevant authority in terms of section 74;

  • Internal audit means an independent appraisal activity within an agency for the review of operations as a service to management, including a systematic examination of accounting and fiscal controls to assure that human and material resources are guarded against waste, loss, or misuse; and that reliable data are gathered, maintained, and fairly disclosed in a written report of the audit findings.

  • Internal Auditor means the person employed or engaged by the Corporation to perform the internal audit function of the Corporation;

  • Continuous monitoring system means the total equipment, required under the emission monitoring section in applicable subsections used to sample and condition (if applicable), to analyze, and to provide a permanent record of emissions or process parameters.

  • Continuous emission monitoring system or "CEMS" means the equipment required under section 11 of this rule to sample, analyze, measure, and provide, by means of readings recorded at least once every fifteen (15) minutes, using an automated data acquisition and handling system (DAHS), a permanent record of nitrogen oxides emissions, stack gas volumetric flow rate, stack gas moisture content, and oxygen or carbon dioxide concentration, as applicable, in a manner consistent with 40 CFR 75*.
