Continuous Full-Time Service definition

Continuous Full-Time Service means employment requiring a predetermined minimum work period that is uninterrupted except for authorized leaves (e.g., vacation, sick, etc.).

More Definitions of Continuous Full-Time Service

Continuous Full-Time Service means the most recent period of uninterrupted employment as an employee of the Company when such employment consists of more than thirty-five (35) hours per week for more than five (5) months per year. The continuity of an employee’s service shall not be deemed to be broken during such period as the employee shall be:

  • Continuous enrollment means enrollment in a state- supported postsecondary education institution at the same degree level for consecutive terms, excluding summer term, since the beginning of the period for which continuous enrollment is claimed unless a sequence of continuous enrollment is broken due to extenuating circumstances beyond the student’s control, including serious personal illness or injury, or illness or death of a parent.

  • Permanent full-time employee means a person who is appointed to work the full ordinary hours of work each week (as defined) and who is appointed as such in accordance with section 37(3)(a) of the State Service Act 2000.
