Continuous Drilling Operations is defined in Section 8.a. of this Lease.

Continuous Drilling Operations as used herein shall mean the drilling of wells without more th▇▇ ▇▇0 days elapsing between the completion of one well and the commencement of actual drilling of the next well, "completion" being the date a well is either plugged and abandoned or completed as set out in the official State form. The actual drilling of the first such well must be commenced on or before the end of the Primary Term. Provided, if Assignee is prevented from commencing operations on any well due to rig availability, competent crew availability, permitting delays caused by any governmental authority, weather or other conditions beyond Assignee's control, then the Primary Term, if operations for the initial well are affected, or the 180-day period, if operations for a subsequent well are affected, will be suspended until such condition has been removed.

Examples of Continuous Drilling Operations in a sentence

  • Upon expiration of the Primary Term, or upon cessation of Continuous Drilling Operations, whichever is later, this Lease will terminate as to all lands and depths except as to Production Acreage assigned to ▇▇▇▇▇ then producing in Paying Quantities located on the Leased Premises, as set forth in this Section 8.

  • If ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is engaged in Continuous Drilling Operations at the end of the Primary Term, then such Continuous Drilling Operations will be deemed to have ceased when Lessee fails to commence Drilling Operations within ninety (90) days after the rig release of the preceding well, and this Lease will terminate, except as to Production Acreage assigned to ▇▇▇▇▇ then producing in Paying Quantities located on the Leased Premises, as provided in this Section 8.

  • This Lease may be held in force after the termination of the Primary Term or cessation of Continuous Drilling Operations as to acreage and depths included within the Production Acreage for each well only by production in Paying Quantities, Operations, or Reworking Operations conducted on such Production Acreage for such well, with no cessation of production, Operations or Reworking Operations of more than sixty (60) consecutive days.

  • Upon termination of this Lease as to any portion of the Leased Premises (whether by expiration of the Primary Term or cessation of Continuous Drilling Operations, whichever is later), Lessee will present to Lessor for Lessor’s approval a proposed designation of Production Acreage for each well, which must be delivered in writing (electronic mail is acceptable) to Lessor.

  • At the conclusion of Assignee's Continuous Drilling Operations, or at the end of the Primary Term if Assignee is not then engaged in Continuous Drilling Operations, Assignee will reassign to Assignor all leasehold rights assigned hereby less and except (i) all rights in wells drilled by or on behalf ▇▇ Assignee during this Term Assignment and (ii) all rights in 320 acres attributable to each well drilled by or on behalf of Assignee during this Term Assignment as designated and platted by Assignee.

  • If Lessee is engaged in Continuous Drilling Operations at the end of the Primary Term, then such Continuous Drilling Operations will be deemed to have ceased when Lessee fails to commence Drilling Operations within ninety (90) days after the rig release of the preceding well, and this Lease will terminate, except as to Production Acreage assigned to ▇▇▇▇▇ then producing in Paying Quantities located on the Leased Premises or lands properly pooled therewith, as provided in this Section 8.

  • Subscriber further acknowledges that future offerings of securities may be made at lower valuations, with the result that the subscriber's investment will bear a lower valuation.

  • This Lease may be held in force after the termination of the Primary Term or cessation of Continuous Drilling Operations as to acreage and depths included within the Production Acreage only by production in Paying Quantities, Operations, or Reworking Operations conducted on such Production Acreage, or lands pooled therewith, with no cessation of Operations or Reworking Operations of more than sixty (60) consecutive days.

  • If ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is engaged in Continuous Drilling Operations at the end of the Primary Term, then such Continuous Drilling Operations will be deemed to have ceased when Lessee fails to commence actual drilling of a well within ninety (90) days after the completion or abandonment of the preceding well, and this Lease shall thereupon terminate except as to Production Units assigned to ▇▇▇▇▇ then producing in paying quantities from the Leased Premises or lands pooled therewith, as provided in this Paragraph.

  • Upon expiration of the Primary Term, or upon cessation of Continuous Drilling Operations, whichever is later, this Lease will terminate as to all lands and depths except as to Production Acreage assigned to ▇▇▇▇▇ then producing in Paying Quantities located on the Leased Premises or lands properly pooled therewith, as set forth in this Section 8.
