CONTINUING SUBORDINATION definition
CONTINUING SUBORDINATION. The subordination provisions in this Deed constitute a continuing subordination and benefit the ultimate balance of the Senior Liabilities and the Subordinated Obligations regardless of any intermediate payment or discharge of the Senior Liabilities or Subordinated Obligations (as the case may be) in whole or in part.
