continuing part-time employee definition

continuing part-time employee means an employee who is normally scheduled to work one or two part-time shifts on a regular basis and who may work extra shifts to replace continuing full-time employees or may work minimum four (4) hour calls. "Service" (for purposes of Article Vacation Leave) includes: prior service with the Federal Public Service, Canadian Armed Forces, Crown Corporations or Agencies, service at the Corporation, (including unpaid leave not exceeding thirty (30) days), subject to provision of acceptable documentary evidence.
continuing part-time employee means a Continuing Employee occupying a position that is assigned less than full-time hours of work per day or per week for the position as described in Article 4 – Hours of Work. Assignment of hours may change at the discretion of the Division.
continuing part-time employee is a part time Employee in a continuing Position working between fifty (50) to ninety (90) percent of a full time instructional load and has completed the two (2) year probationary period. Each Continuing Part Time employee will be advised prior to July each year of any change in the percentage for that academic year;
