Continuing Order definition

Continuing Order means a continuing instruction to make appropriate Transactions in order to maintain your portfolio in accordance with the current structure of the respective index. The Continuing Order will remain active and valid until canceled by you.
Continuing Order means an order made by the commission under section 83, 86(2) or 87(5) of the repealed Act and continued in effect under subsection (1) as in force immediately before the commencement of this subsection.
