Continuing Fee definition

Continuing Fee has the meaning given in Section 8(a). “Corporation” has the meaning given in the recitals.
Continuing Fee means the percentage of Revenues specified in Schedule B.
Continuing Fee means any fee which Franchisee is required to pay to Company or Company's Affiliates at regular intervals during the Term as specified by this Agreement (e.g., each Calendar Month) based upon the Gross Sales of the Franchised Business.

Examples of Continuing Fee in a sentence

  • The minimum weekly Continuing Fee of one thousand two hundred and fifty dollars ($1,250) will not be applicable until the first full week of the seventh month after the date of this Agreement, and beginning on Wednesday of that week, the Franchisee will pay the greater of the amounts set forth above.

  • During each subsequent Contract Year, each such monthly installment shall be equal to 1/12th of the greater of (a) the Minimum Annual Continuing Fee for said Contract Year or (b) the Annual Continuing Fee for the preceding Contract Year.

  • If the aggregate dollar amount of payments delivered by Lyric to Franchisor in payment of the Annual Continuing Fee for any Contract Year under Section 5.3 differs from the Annual Continuing Fee for such Contract Year, the appropriate party shall pay to the other the amount of such overpayment or underpayment within one hundred five (105) days after the end of such Contract Year.

  • Any unpaid Continuing Fee or other amounts past due and owing to Franchisor will bear interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.

  • Lyric shall pay to Franchisor the amount of all sales taxes, use taxes, and similar taxes imposed upon or required to be collected on account of the Annual Continuing Fee and of goods or services furnished to Lyric and Lyric Franchisees by Franchisor, whether such goods or services are furnished by sale, lease or otherwise.

  • Franchisee's obligation to pay Franchisor the Continuing Fee under the terms of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect until this Agreement has expired or is terminated under the provisions herein.

  • At Franchisor's request, Franchisee will promptly execute and deliver to Franchisor appropriate pre-authorized check forms or such other instruments or drafts Franchisor's bank requires payable against Franchisee's bank account, so that Franchisor may electronically collect (draft on Franchisee's account by electronic withdrawal) the Continuing Fee due pursuant to Section 5(A) above.

  • Once Uhlmann Price or a Selling Agent sells Units to a particular investor, Uhlmann Price or such Selling Agent will be entitled to servicing fees on any Units subsequently purchased by that investor, and such units will be deemed Credited Units of the Responsible Broker, for which (s)he will be entitled to a Continuing Fee so long as (s)he satisfies the Eligibility Requirements.
