Continued each refers to the continuation of a LIBOR Loan from one Interest Period to another Interest Period pursuant to Section 2.9.
Continuance means a change in the date or time of when a brief adjudicative proceeding or formal administrative hearing will occur.
Continued Errors has the meaning specified in Section 2.2(c)(iii).
Continuation and “Continued” each refers to the continuation of a LIBOR Loan from one Interest Period to another Interest Period pursuant to Section 2.9.
Continuation Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).
Continuation Date means any date on which Borrower continues a LIBOR Advance into another Interest Period.
School purposes means purposes that customarily take place at the direction of a teacher or the Board, or aid in the administration of school activities, including but not limited to instruction in the classroom, administrative activities and collaboration among students, school personnel or parents or legal guardians of students.
PAGA Period means the period from June 25, 2020 through December 31, 2022.
COBRA continuation provision means any of the following:
Revival Period means the period of five consecutive years from the date of discontinuance of the Policy, during which period the Policyholder is entitled to revive the Policy, which was discontinued due to the non-payment of Premium, in accordance with the terms of Revival of a Policy.
Educational Purposes means use for the purpose of education, teaching, distance learning, private study and/or research.
Educational purpose means classroom activities, research in academic subjects, career or professional development activities, Green Dot approved personal research activities, or other purposes as defined by the School from time to time.
Cessation Date means the date of Participant’s Termination of Service (regardless of the reason for such termination).
COBRA Continuation Period means the continuation period for medical and dental insurance to be provided under the terms of this Agreement which shall commence on the first day of the calendar month following the month in which the date of termination falls and generally shall continue for an 18 month period.
Benefit Continuation Period means the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the last day of the month in which occurs the earlier of (i) the 24-month anniversary of the Date of Termination and (ii) the date on which you elect coverage for you and your covered dependents under substantially comparable benefit plans of a subsequent employer.
Summer Period means the June, July, August, and September billing months. “Winter Period” means the December, January, February, and March billing months. “Transition Period” means the April, May, October, and November billing months.
PEA Period means the period commencing at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the fifth (5th) Business Day immediately prior to the filing of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement), and ending at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the Business Day immediately following, the effective date of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement).
Minimum Extension Condition has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.23(b).
LIBOR Period means, with respect to any LIBOR Loan, each period commencing on a LIBOR Business Day selected by Borrower pursuant to the Agreement and ending one, two or three months thereafter, as selected by Borrower's irrevocable notice to Agent as set forth in Section 1.5(e); provided, that the foregoing provision relating to LIBOR Periods is subject to the following:
Interest Cessation Date means the due date for redemption of the Notes or such other date which is either specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable.

COBRA Period means the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the nine-month anniversary thereof; provided, however, that in the event of a Change in Control Qualifying Termination, then the COBRA Period instead shall end on the 18-month anniversary thereof.
Effectiveness Deadline shall have the meaning given in subsection 2.1.1.
Prior Period With respect to any Distribution Date, the calendar month immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
Winter Period means the period in each year commencing on 1 June and ending on 30 October;
Covenant Trigger Period means the period (a) commencing on the date that (i) an Event of Default occurs or (ii) Availability is less than the greater of (x) 10% of Available Credit and (y) $50,000,000 and (b) continuing until there has been a period of 30 consecutive days thereafter during which at all times (i) no Event of Default exists and (ii) Availability shall have been not less than the greater of (x) 10% of Available Credit and (y) $50,000,000.
