Continued stay definition

Continued stay means the ongoing provision of an appropriately matched level of care service to an individual’s needs, as assessed by ASAM or other department−approved placement criteria.

  • Minimum Extension Condition has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.23(b).

  • LIBOR Period means, with respect to any LIBOR Loan, each period commencing on a LIBOR Business Day selected by Borrower pursuant to the Agreement and ending one, two or three months thereafter, as selected by Borrower's irrevocable notice to Agent as set forth in Section 1.5(e); provided, that the foregoing provision relating to LIBOR Periods is subject to the following:

  • Interest Cessation Date means the due date for redemption of the Notes or such other date which is either specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the Final Terms or Series Offering Document, as applicable.
