Examples of Continued Link in a sentence

  • Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, AOL may, at its discretion, continue to promote one or more "pointers" or links from the AOL Network to an ICP Interactive Site and continue to use ICP's trade names, trade marks and service marks in connection therewith (collectively, a "Continued Link").

  • Upon expiration of the Term, ICQ may, at its discretion, continue to promote one or more "pointers" or links from the ICQ Network to the homepage of MP and continue to use MP's trade names, trade marks and service marks in connection therewith (collectively, a "Continued Link").

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that ICQ materially and adversely changes the nature of the ICQ Service after the Term, MP may, upon written notice to ICQ, require that ICQ discontinue the Continued Link.
