Contingent Order definition

Contingent Order means a buy or sell order which contains both queue and triggers prices and stays dormant in the memory of the Exchange ATS after the submission by the member. Such order is queued in the Exchange ATS for execution till the time that a trade in the regular market satisfies its trigger price.
Contingent Order means an instruction from you to us to process an order once the specified Trigger has occurred. A Contingent Order has two parts, the conditions that must be met before the order is Triggered for processing and the order details which indicate the stock code, the At Limit Price and the number of units to be traded.
Contingent Order means an Order which is contingent upon some other Order being accepted at the same time.

  • Contingent Load means Load payable by the Unit Holder at actual basis to the extent of loss incurred by fund due to disinvestments if Units are redeemed by any major Unit Holder in such period of time that the Management Company believes may adversely affect the interest of other Unit Holder(s). Any Contingent Load received will form part of the Trust Property.

  • Contingent Obligations means, with respect to any Person, any obligation of such Person guaranteeing any leases, dividends or other obligations that do not constitute Indebtedness (“primary obligations”) of any other Person (the “primary obligor”) in any manner, whether directly or indirectly, including, without limitation, any obligation of such Person, whether or not contingent:
