Contingent Lien definition
Contingent Lien has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 10.19(b). “Department” has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Cover Sheet.
Examples of Contingent Lien in a sentence
Buyer and Seller acknowledge and agree that, upon the Financial Closing, the Contingent Lien, if any, shall be discharged and the Subordinated Lien referred to in (a) above shall become effective.
