Contingent Bonuses definition
Contingent Bonuses means Bonus Amount A and Bonus Amount B.
Contingent Bonuses means the bonuses to be paid to certain employees and service providers by the Target Companies in connection with the Closing, which are set forth on Schedule 1.2, including the employer portion of any payroll Taxes attributable thereto. For the avoidance of doubt, all Contingent Bonuses shall be for the account of, and paid indirectly by, the Securityholders.
Contingent Bonuses means the cash bonuses, if any, that become payable to the Contingent Bonus Recipients in connection with each Earn-Out Payment.

With respect to Paragraph 1.5 (DEFINITIONS, COST OF PRODUCTION/ACQUISITION), the words “(but not Contingent Bonuses or Contingent Proceeds deferments)” shall be inserted immediately after the word “Receipts” in the thirteenth line.
