Contingency Measures definition
Contingency Measures means dust control measures or modifications to the dust control measures that can be implemented to mitigate dust source areas that cause or contribute to an exceedance of the federal standard at the historic shoreline in the event that a previously approved control strategy was found to be insufficient.
Contingency Measures means specific identified measures in an implementation plant to be undertaken if an area fails to make reasonable further progress, or attain a national air quality standard by the applicable attainment date.
