Continental Work Week definition

Continental Work Week. A portion of the crew will work Monday to Thursday and a por- tion of the crew will work Tuesday to Friday. For work within the city limits of Thunder Bay, no worker will work more than eight (8) hours in one day or forty (40) hours in one week unless overtime rates are paid. For work out- side the city limits of Thunder Bay, no worker will work more than ten (10) hours in one day or forty (40) hours in one week unless over- time rates are paid. In the event of a Statu- tory Holiday, the normal work week within the city limits of Thunder Bay will constitute thirty-two (32) hours and outside the city lim- its of Thunder Bay will constitute thirty (30) hours.
