Contiguous Space means 5,000 square feet of space which is contiguous to the Demised Premises (i.e., space on the same floor or the floor directly above the Demised Premises) not subject to either any renewal, extension, expansion or additional space option held by any third party.
Contiguous Space means and refer to 4600 square feet of rentable space in the Building designated as the "Technology Management 4600 SF" contiguous to the Premises as shown as Exhibit "B" attached hereto. As long as ----------- (1) Tenant has fully and faithfully performed all the terms, conditions and covenants of this Lease on its part to be performed; (2) the Contiguous Space becomes available for lease during the Term, Landlord shall first notify Tenant that the Contiguous Space is available by giving Tenant written notice ("Availability Notice") specifying the date of availability of such Contiguous Space and sending Tenant an addendum to the Lease whereby Tenant shall lease this Contiguous Space.
