Context Brief definition
Context Brief means the questionnaire completed by the Customer which is aimed at extracting and understanding all of the factors and conditions, whether internal or external to the Customer, which determine the specific set of legal requirements that the Customer faces in a specific Context. Depending on the jurisdictions and domains in which the Customer operates, as well as the type and nature of of such operations, the Customer may be required to complete multiple Context Briefs.
