Contesting Candidate definition
Contesting Candidate at any election means a candidate whose nomination paper has been found valid on scrutiny by the Returning Officer and who has not withdrawn his candidature in accordance with the provisions of these Statutes;
Contesting Candidate means a candidate whose nomination has been duly accepted under Rule 43 and who has not withdrawn his candidature;
Contesting Candidate means a candidate who has been validly nominated for election as a member and has not withdrawn his candidature;

Contesting Candidate means a validly nominated candidate who has not withdrawn his candidature;
