Contested Imposition definition
Contested Imposition shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.7 of this Lease.
Examples of Contested Imposition in a sentence
Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Contested Imposition shall remain unpaid for such length of time as shall permit a lien to be created against the Premises, or any portion thereof.
In the event that Landlord pays the Contested Imposition, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for such payment within thirty (30) days after the making of such payment, and, if not so paid, shall be payable as Additional Rent with interest at the rate of five percent (5%) per annum within thirty (30) days of demand.
