Contestable Works Contract definition
Contestable Works Contract means the contract for the supply of the contestable works on the Project between ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Electrical Solutions Ltd and the Issuer dated on or about the date of this Deed. Debenture means each Debenture constituted by this Deed. Deed means this Deed and the Schedules to this Deed as amended from time to time.
