Content Unit definition

Content Unit means each individual unit of Content provided by Universal and successfully delivered to an End User as verified by the Approved Mobile Provider’s collection of delivery receipts for Content Units.

  • The maximum amount of this guaranty is the validated total posted in the Equipment’s audit report for currency accepted by the Deposit Content Unit, and does not cover any declared values for deposits into the Equipment’s manual drop or coin or currency in the supply cassettes in the Equipment.

  • All right, title and interest to the Property passes to ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ upon the Property being deposited into the Deposit Content Unit or Manual Drop.

  • Brink’s has entered into a separate agreement with Bank (the “Cash Vault Services Agreement”) pursuant to which ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ will report the amount in Deposit Content Unit to the Bank within one (1) business day of Brink’s receipt of such information from the Equipment.

Related to Content Unit

  • Replacement unit means a landfill, surface impoundment, or waste pile unit from which all or substantially all of the waste is removed, and which is subsequently reused to treat, store, or dispose of hazardous waste. Replacement unit does not include a unit from which waste is removed during closure, if the subsequent reuse solely involves the disposal of waste from that unit and other closing units or corrective action areas at the facility, in accordance with a closure or corrective action plan approved by USEPA or the Agency.

  • apartment unit means any residential dwelling unit within a building containing three or more dwelling units where access to each residential unit is obtained through a common entrance or entrances from the street level and the residential units are connected by an interior corridor;
