Content Subscription definition

Content Subscription means the right of Customer to receive content applicable to an Offering (e.g., models, templates, searches, playbooks, rules and configurations, as described in the relevant Documentation) on a periodic basis over the applicable Term. Content Subscriptions are purchased as an add-on service and are identified in an Order.

Content Subscription means any subscription by the Customer for any Content or Package other than a Fixed Term Subscription;

Content Subscription means certain entitlement for Customer to receive a collection of updated contents applicable to the Purchased Software (such as models, rules and configurations, as further described in the relevant end user documentation for the Purchased Software) on a periodic basis for the duration of the subscription period. This can be purchased as an add-on service to the term license or perpetual license to the applicable Purchased Software as identified in the Order.

• You need to register for a subscription plan on the Disney+ Hotstar Platform or through our approved distributors and/or service providers to access or use this Content ("Subscription").

• Certain Content, Subscription Library Content, components or features of the Service may include materials from third parties and/or hyperlinks to other web sites, resources or Content.

• The USAIS Content, Subscription Services and Content Access Services are sometimes collectively referred to in this Agreement as the "USAIS Services and Content." Other terms used in this Agreement are defined throughout this Agreement and are capitalized.

• The subscription fees for CA Software Compliance Content Subscription include the right to receive content updates during the Term of the content subscription.

• If the optional component CA Software Compliance Content Subscription is listed on the applicable Order Form, Customer is granted a term license to use such content with CA Software Compliance Manager or CA IT Asset Manager beginning on the Term Start Date and ending on the Term End Date.

• In some cases, Customer may provide certain materials, content and other Intellectual Property (collectively, “Customer Assets”) for RMG to modify and distribute as part of the Content Subscription.
