  • Once the Content Pass data is consumed, the Customer will start usage for Content Pass app from the local data allowance within the plan.

  • Query means a message that represents a request to a Database for information.

  • Content Provider means any video programming provider of copyrighted works for transmission to Licensed Products and the copyright owners of such work.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.
