Content Owner means the person or entity that owns, licenses, lawfully controls or uses Content, or for whose benefit Content is held or transmitted, in connection with a Product.

Examples of Content Owner in a sentence

  • The Licensee agrees to grant the Content Owner reasonable access to all records and data related to the exploitation of the Media Content for verification purposes.

  • The Content Owner retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Media Content, including all related Intellectual Property Rights.

  • The Licensee shall provide the Content Owner with periodic written reports detailing the use of the Media Content on all Authorized Platforms, including metrics such as viewership, revenue, and other relevant performance data.

  • Should the Media Content fail to meet the specifications outlined in Schedule 1, the Licensee shall notify the Content Owner, who shall promptly correct any deficiencies at no additional cost.

  • If Owner obtains Content, Owner shall ensure that any such Content includes usage rights for the benefit of Manager in connection with the operation of the Managed Facilities during the Term.

  • A Licensed Copier shall not pass, or direct to be passed, Decrypted AACS Content to an output, except for the purpose of making a copy of such content to an AACS Authorized Copying Method or a Content Owner Authorized Copying Method pursuant to and as permitted by this Section 3, where such content is protected by the corresponding AACS Authorized Copy Method or Content Owner Authorized Copying Method permitted under this Section 3.
