Content Feed definition

Content Feed means all intelligence and content feeds associated with Our Products and Subscriptions, which may consist of inbound and outbound feeds that are part of Our Dynamic Threat Intelligence (DTI) Cloud, downloads of Indicators for use with Our Products and Subscriptions, and/or intelligence provided as part of Our Advanced Threat Intelligence (ATI).
Content Feed means the method of delivery through which FO will deliver the Metacritic Content to You, which may include without limitation, an API or an alternative method of delivery mutually agreed upon between the parties.
Content Feed means all intelligence and content feeds associated with Products and Subscriptions, which may consist of inbound and outbound feeds that are part of FireEye’s Dynamic Threat Intelligence (DTI) Cloud, downloads of Indicators for use with Products or Subscriptions, and/or intelligence provided as part of Advanced Threat Intelligence (ATI).

Examples of Content Feed in a sentence

  • Your purchase of Subscription-based versions of Network Security, Email Security – Server, Endpoint Security, and Trellix File Protect will receive access to the DTI Content Feed in 2-way mode and may upgrade the DTI Content Feed to 1-way or offline mode upon payment of additional fees.

  • For excess payments or disallowed cost payments made by the Federal Government to the Recipient for which claims procedures have not been initiated under the Debt Collection Act of 1982, as amended, 31 U.S.C. §§ 3701 et seq.

  • We will not disclose to any third-party any personally identifiable data or Your Confidential Information in connection with the Content Feed unless expressly authorized to do so by You.

  • Subject to Customer’s payment in full of all associated fees for the applicable FireEye Content Feed, as set forth on the applicable Order, FireEye shall grant a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non- transferable, non-sublicenseable right to use the Content Feed as set forth in the Documentation for the applicable Product, for Customer’s internal business purposes during the active Support Term for the applicable Product.

  • You may not use the Content or Content Feed to replicate, frame or mirror the Twitter Service.

  • You may only use the Content and Content Feed and any data resulting or provided therefrom for internal purposes only and, unless expressly authorized herein, you may not publicly release or disclose any data or usage statistics or other information (in the aggregate or otherwise) regarding the Content.

  • For certain Products, FireEye agrees to use reasonable commercial efforts during the term of this Agreement to provide its standard content feed services package (the “Standard Content Feed Services”).

  • You may not use or access the Content or Content Feed for purposes of monitoring its or the Twitter Service’s availability, performance or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes.

  • The Content and Content Feed are provided “AS IS” on an “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranty or condition of any kind.

  • You will not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Content Feed or attempt to gain access to any systems or networks that connect thereto (except as required to access and use the Content).

Related to Content Feed

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Maintenance Fee The Maintenance Fee (see Contract Schedule I) will be deducted during the Accumulation Period from the Current Value on each anniversary of the date the Account is established and upon surrender of the entire Account.

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

  • Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.
