Content Deliverables. The AmEx implementation team will be responsible for providing customer content according to the standards described in the following documents:

Content Deliverables means those works and materials created by or on behalf of Growth Track in the course of Growth Track providing the Services that are delivered to you, or that Growth Track has an obligation to deliver to you, under these Terms and Conditions;

Examples of Content Deliverables in a sentence

  • In no event may you use any Services, Services Content, Deliverables or Derivative Works for any illegal, improper or unauthorized purpose.

  • Confidential Information includes: (i) the terms and pricing under this Agreement; (ii) any written information that is clearly identified or marked as confidential; (iii) Supplier Data, with the exception of Supplier Data that constitutes Protected Health Information, which shall be governed by Section 7, (iv) the Code, (v) the Services Content, Deliverables and Derivative Works to the extent applicable; and (vi) any information that Recipient should reasonably believe is confidential to Discloser.

  • Services: in relation to any Purchase Order, the services described therein to be provided by Air Control Entech to the Client, including the provision of Content, Deliverables, training, maintenance, support and/or other services.

  • As between the parties, ROCHE or any of its Affiliates owns and retains all right, title and interest in and to all of the Services and IT Solutions, ROCHE Content, Deliverables, all Feedback (as defined below), improvements, modifications and derivative works related to any of the foregoing, and all Intellectual Property Rights in any of the foregoing.

  • Except for the licenses expressly granted to CUSTOMER in this Agreement, CUSTOMER is not provided with any license or right to the IT Solutions, Services, Documentation, ROCHE Content, Deliverables or any other Roche Intellectual Property Rights, whether by implication or otherwise.

  • Subject to Section 3.3, upon the reasonable request of Firefly, Convergent will promptly take such further reasonable actions, including execution and delivery of all appropriate instruments of conveyance, as may be reasonably necessary to assist Firefly to prosecute, register, perfect, or record its rights in or to any Content Deliverables (other than the Convergent Materials).

  • In no event may Supplier use any Solution, Content, Deliverables or Derivative Works for any illegal, improper or unauthorized purpose.

  • Subject to Section 3.3, to the extent that any of the Content Deliverables do not constitute a “work made for hire”, Convergent hereby irrevocably assigns without additional consideration, all right, title, and interest throughout the world in and to the Content Deliverables, including all intellectual property rights therein (other than the Convergent Materials).

  • In no event may Participating Member use any Solution, Content, Deliverables or Derivative Works for any illegal, improper or unauthorized purpose.

  • Convergent will not, without Firefly’s prior written approval, incorporate any third party materials into the Content Deliverables.
