Content Business definition

Content Business means the business of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries consisting of ownership or licensing of Content.
Content Business means any business that is limited to the following:
Content Business means the Buyer’s content business unit as constituted immediately after the Closing, which shall be comprised of the Target’s business and Buyer’s content business as in existence immediately after the Closing. The Content Business shall also comprise those additional activities set forth on Exhibit F hereto.

  • Company Product means any product or service designed, developed, manufactured, marketed, distributed, provided, licensed, or sold at any time by the Company.

  • User Generated Content means any content that originates from End Users in any format, including graphics, text, or voice content published through or as part of a Software Title.
