Contamination-Free definition
Contamination-Free means substantially free of extraneous material affecting coal quality including without limitation mining debris, bone, slate, scrapped iron, steel, petroleum coke, earth, rock, pyrite, wood, blasting wire, metal objects, detonators, explosives, manufactured solid fuel, oil or any other extraneous material that should be kept out of or removed by Good Industry Practice during coal mining, readily able to be handled and fully suited for bulk sea transport.

If any Shipment is not Contamination-Free, all proven reasonably incurred costs and expenses (including but not limited to Truck Demurrage costs and the costs to repair any damage caused to any equipment of coal conveyance) incurred by Buyer associated with the Shipment (including efforts to make it Contamination-Free) shall be for the account of Seller.
