Contaminated Water definition

Contaminated Water means water containing any substance in a concentration that:
Contaminated Water means water that does not meet state or federal standards for discharge to navigable waters.
Contaminated Water means water to which matter has been added by any person as a consequence of its use, or to modify its use.

Contaminated Water. : Water Contaminated water means water not suitable for human use or that does not meet the water quality standards of rules of the Illinois Pollution Control Board titled entitled Primary Drinking Water Standards (35 Ill. Adm. Code 611).
