The berthing requirements shall include Container Vessel ETAs and estimated number of any Containers to be discharged from, or loaded onto a Container Vessel.
If any changes are required in berthing plan by the Customer a notice shall be given at the earliest possible time by the Customer and in any case no later than 4 weeks before the expected date of arrival of the Container Vessel at the DCT.
Discharged Containers will be available for delivery to the receivers and/or the Customer not later than 2 hours after all Containers are discharged from the said Container Vessel.

Cut-off time for the Containers to be received at DCT is set to be the Container Vessel planned arrival (as confirmed per paragraph above) unless otherwise agreed between the Customer and DCT.
