Non-US Manufactured Titanium Product definition

Non-US Manufactured Titanium Product means any Titanium Product that (i)(A) is covered by or practices any Licensed Retained IP or (B) is manufactured in a manner, or manufactured using any processes, applications, or devices (including equipment and machinery), that practices or embodies any Licensed Retained IP (including any claim of any patent constituting Licensed Retained IP); and (ii) is manufactured outside of the United States.

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—
