CONTAINER DAMAGE definition
CONTAINER DAMAGE. FEE: Customer agrees to load the Container properly and in such a way as not to cause damage to the Container. Damaged Containers will be charged a “Container Damage Fee”. The “Container Damage Fee” will depend upon repair estimates. Photographs and supporting documentation will be provided to Customer in the event damage to the Container is upon a post service inspection. The Company’s mechanic will provide the repair estimate.
