Contact Log definition

Contact Log means a written record of an individual's name, contact information (phone number/email), date, and time of visit.

Examples of Contact Log in a sentence

  • Create a Contact Log of each discussion to record the organization’s name, phone number, address, staff contact name, staff position, and brief summary of the discussion.
