Any notice to the Bank of a termination or change with respect to the identity of a Security Contact, or of any revocation of the authority of any person to act on your behalf as a Security Contact, must be delivered to the Bank in the form of a new Security Contact Letter, specifically superseding and replacing all prior Security Contact Letters and in a time and manner that affords the Bank a reasonable time to act thereon.
